1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Morph, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
For copies obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms supplement that agreement and do not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
2. License and permitted use
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Morph on devices you own or control, subject to the App Store usage rules.
You may not misuse Morph, interfere with its operation, redistribute or resell it, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits that activity.
3. Your files and responsibilities
You keep ownership of files you process with Morph. You are responsible for having the right to access, edit, convert, save, and share those files, and for complying with copyright, privacy, and other applicable laws.
You are also responsible for reviewing output files before relying on, sharing, printing, publishing, or deleting the originals.
4. Local storage and backups
Morph version 1.0 processes files on your device and is not a backup or archival service. You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of important source files and results. Removing files, deleting the app, device loss, storage failure, or operating-system actions may make locally stored files unavailable.
5. Availability and supported formats
Format support and output quality can vary with the source file, codec, operating-system version, available storage, and device capabilities. Morph may reject unsupported, damaged, protected, or unusually large files.
We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features, supported formats, or the app itself. Updates may be required for continued use.
6. No warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morph is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every file, or that every conversion will be error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Morph’s provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the app, including loss of files, data, profits, or business opportunities.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
8. Termination
You may stop using Morph at any time by deleting the app. Your right to use Morph may end if you materially violate these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and liability limitations—will continue to apply.
9. Privacy
Your use of Morph is also subject to the Morph Privacy Policy, which explains how version 1.0 handles files, optional analytics, device information, retention, deletion, and permissions.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
