Before contacting support
- Confirm the source opens normally in Photos or Files.
- Check Morph’s access under Settings → Apps → Morph.
- Make sure the iPhone has enough free storage for the result.
- Try a smaller file and note both the source and target formats.
- Try again after closing and reopening Morph.
Files and privacy
Morph version 1.0 performs conversions and edits on your device and does not upload your files for analytics. Optional metadata-only usage statistics can be disabled or deleted in Settings. Read the complete Privacy Policy.
Deleting Morph data
Remove individual results from the Morph library, or delete Morph to remove its local app sandbox. Use Settings → Delete analytics data to request removal of this installation’s stored analytics. Copies exported elsewhere must be deleted from that destination separately.
